The Gift of Friendship: Happiness is feeling proud of myself and being grateful for my friends

Bold Care Life Advance was three weeks ago! Wow – I can hardly believe it. I have been running on empty and dashing in hyper speed since the event. I have so much to say about what it meant to me and the participants, but I will save that for another post. My pal Dagny (far right) is celebrating American Thanksgiving tomorrow (and, of course, our friends down South simply call it, Thanksgiving) and gratitude has been on my mind a lot lately.

I am grateful that I can appreciate moments of happiness, like this one in the photo. Melsha (second photo in green) captured pure happy here. Thank you for being such an incredible help, Melsha, in making this day happen. We were all in celebratory mode relishing in a job well done. I had found my bliss there at Bold Care, encouraging women to share their care with the world and honour their own self-care needs – both at the same time!

I say thank you Dagny, thank you Jennifer (far left) and thank you Jill (front) for the gift of your friendship.

Thanks for support.

Thanks for encouragement.

Thanks for faith.

Thanks for trust.

Thanks for sharing.

And, special thanks to my family, who graciously shared my energy, time and attention with a group of vibrant and caring ladies who took a leap of faith with me.
